It can occur due to issues in the kidneys or urinary tract. Common causes include: Infections – often painful and more common in women Stones – can occur in kidneys, ureters or bladder and usually cause pain Tumors (Cancer) – typically present as painless bleeding and require urgent attention A key warning sign is painless blood in urine, which can indicate a serious underlying condition and needs immediate medical consultation. Stay hydrated by drinking around 3 liters of water daily (adjust based on your body and season), and monitor urine color as a simple indicator of hydration. Don’t ignore even a small sign — early diagnosis can save lives.
