The KIMSHEALTH Department of Neurology is one of the best and busiest Neurology Centres in India. It has 6 full time Senior Consultants along with 24 hour Neurology Residents. We are equipped with our own comprehensive stroke unit and Neurology ICU with state of the art facilities.

The department is also equipped with a fully fledged Neurophysiology lab with 3 EEG machines, portable and prolonged video EEG Recording, 2 sleep labs, well equipped Electrophysiology lab and Neuroimmunology lab with more than hundreds of procedures going on per day. We are specialized in acute stroke management including IV/IA thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy/ Botox treatment/ carotid endarterectomy for secondary stroke prevention/ carotid stenting .
We offer comprehensive care for : Dementia, Demyelinating disease, Epilepsy, headache, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, neurodegenerative disease, neuro-immunological disorders, neuroinfectious disease, neuromuscular disorder, peripheral neuropathy, sleep disorder and have specialty clinics in various fields of Neurology running each day in a week. The department conducts a comprehensive, structured Post Graduate Neurology program along with high quality tertiary care in Neurology.
We are presently having six senior residents with an intake of 2 seats per year. We also offers multiple diploma courses in various fields of Neurotechnology with daily academic activities for the students. The department of Neurology is a regular partaker and organizer of national and international academic programs and actively promotes research activities. The department takes pride in maintaining the highest ethical standards and integrity in patient care, learning and interaction with faculty, peers, students and ancillary staff. The Neurology department at KIMSHEALTH conducts various sub specialty clinics in Neurology. The department has its own dedicated stroke unit and intensive care unit with 8 beds.
