Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) or Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) is a specialized, potentially curative treatment offered to both children and adults for malignant blood cancers (leukemia, lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndromes, multiple myeloma) and non-malignant blood disorders (aplastic anemia, thalassemia, sickle cell disease, immunodeficiencies).
