Our experience at Kim's Hospital for the delivery of our first baby was exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful for the care we received. Referred by a friend from the US Navy, we approached the hospital with high expectations, and they were met at every turn.

From the moment we arrived on a Friday, the staff made the process smooth and comforting. The midwife and resident doctor, Muna, were outstanding—professional, calm, and attentive to our needs and birth plan. Their ability to adapt and provide support was invaluable. When it was time for delivery, Dr. Amaal Kareem, who had been our doctor throughout the pregnancy, arrived promptly within 20 minutes. The entire delivery process lasted just an hour, thanks to her exceptional guidance and assistance.

I also want to highlight the amazing support we received from Nasmina she was incredibly kind and responsive, addressing all our questions and concerns with urgency. Any issues we raised were quickly resolved, thanks to her great ability of communicating which left a strong impression on us. also Fatema and all the six floor staff always had a smile on their face, very kind and very responsive to our needs.

Post-delivery, Dr. Matthew, our pediatrician, provided excellent care during our stay. We are particularly thankful to the nursery team, especially Binsy and Sashi, whose knowledge and assistance were crucial in helping me with breastfeeding. Their support made a significant difference in our transition to parenthood.

While our stay was fantastic overall, we did encounter a minor downside: the accommodations were a bit cramped for having an additional family member with us during our three-night stay. Despite this, the quality of care and service we received overshadowed any discomfort.

In conclusion, our experience at Kim's Hospital was overwhelmingly positive. We will certainly share our gratitude with the hospital and the Navy in Bahrain about the exceptional care we received.
