All children with developmental concerns will need a medical evaluation to rule out medical problems like thyroid disease; iron deficiency; vision or hearing problem.
Medications can be used in certain situations to treat associated problems.
The mainstay of treatment is early intervention.
In children with minor developmental problems ; we offer developmental stimulation and parent training
Children with more significant delays may need multidisciplinary interventions including speech therapy; physiotherapy, occupational therapy , behaviour therapy , remedial education etc
